L'observation du gibier est une expérience africaine à ne pas manquer. Le parc national de Mosi-ao-Tunya à Livingstone englobe les chutes et s'étend sur environ 12 km le long des rives du Zambèze supérieur. Elle abrite des animaux sauvages tels que le rhinocéros blanc, le buffle, l'éléphant, l'antilope, ainsi qu'une multitude d'oiseaux.
